Katie Dunning joined the Palmetto Policy Group in January of 2005.

As vice president of operations and policy, Dunning is a registered lobbyist and oversees firm operations and client relations.  She has experience in association management and serves as the associate director of the SC Alliance of Health Plans.

Dunning's political background has included fundraising activities for Lindsay Graham for Senate, David Beasley for Senate, Tracy Edge for the House of Representatives and the Palmetto Citizens for a Legislative Majority Political Action Committee. 

Dunning is a graduate of the University of South Carolina with a B.S. degree in Business Administration, from the Moore School of Business, with majors of economics and marketing, as well as, a minor in political science.
